Taking Training to Another Level Using The  Practical Applied Stress Training (P.A.S.T) Program

Gang. As some of you know, I do seminars, training, etc with Tactical Law enforcement (e.g., SWAT and other similar groups) and so forth and run the site OptimalSWAT.

Per my prior threads regarding courses at S&W Academy on applied stress training, I have developed a program manual on the topic for tactical LE, mil, PMC, etc. who would benefit from this unique training. It’s called “Practical Applied Stress Training” or  P.A.S.T.
The basic sales pitch thingy:

The Practical Applied Stress Training (P.A.S.T) program is designed to allow tactical teams to incorporate job applicable ‘functional’ training into their existing programs to take their general physical preparedness (GPP) to the next level. P.A.S.T bridges the essential gap between physical training and firearms training, allowing the SWAT operator to be better prepared for the demands of the job…”

The P.A.S.T Program could be what Bodybuilding Revealed and Fat Loss Revealed are to the strength training and fat loss oriented community are respectively. Which is to say, the most effective programs of their kind on the market, bar none…P.A.S.T is simple to follow and apply.

If you are in law enforcement, military, or any group looking to take their job related performance to the next level, I encourage you to take a look at the P.A.S.T Program.

PS, my site dedicated to tactical LE – OptimalSWAT – has also gone through a major revamp, so for those BrinkZone members in that community, stop by and take a look.
