Hey, first off a big welcome to the all new Brinkzone, the zero hype, zero bull home of fitness on the web, yeah it’s a big tag line but it pretty much holds true.
This page is about giving you a few pointers on how to get the best out of the site and t’is worth the 2 minutes it takes to read it, honestly, you’ll see 🙂
Step 1: Get signed up, you can see the sign up at the top of the page in the middle, doing that will mean that once a week I’ll send you an update of what’s new on the site , I’ll also send you about 6 quality e-reports on topics ranging from supplements to fat loss, to exercise, to mental programming and more, I also send out additional freebies as I get them, it’s worth getting subscribed to and its’ free.
Step 2: If you don’t already have one get a Gravatar at Gravatar.com, these are pretty cool and means you can choose a little image, headshot or whatever you want to appear next to any post you make on my blog, it just looks cool and gives your comments a little personality and they stand out. Just one thing, keep it clean (ish) no porn thanks.
One cool thing about Gravatars is that they are recognized on literally thousands of blogs and websites across the web, so once you have one, you’re set!
What happens is you tie your image to an e-mail address and whenever you enter your e-mail address in the blog comment box it will show your Gravatar there, it’s pretty cool.
Step 3. Keep in contact, follow me on Twitter and Facebook , I’m on Facebook every day, it’s cool to keep in touch and I always enjoy talking to my customers and readers on social networking sites.I’ve put some simple facebook and twitter buttons at the top of this site on the right, you can click on them and it will take you to my pages where you can join me.
Step 4. Get involved on the site, leave me a comment, on every single article posted on the site whether it’s by me or another author you can leave comments at the end of the article, if you have a question about it or just want to say you enjoyed it or hated it or whatever, doesnt’ matter, just get involved and leave me your comments, get involved and I’ll always respond .
Step 5 Help me out, ok this one won’t help you much but I do appreciate it. If you have a Facebook page or Twitter, or Stumbleupon or Technorati page etc, you’ll see the relevent symbols at the bottom of each article on the site, please do share my content on to those sites, the more it’s shared the more people end up at the site, the more people who come to the site the more content I can justify creating.
Step 6, Make your first post here, scroll to the bottom of this article and leave me some comments, let me know what you think of the site, what I could improve on , or just simply introduce yourself
