If you have watched my videos over the years, you know I’m a fan. Here’s why; Sandbag training is some of the most productive “functional” training around. The sandbags Ultimate Sandbag takes sandbag training to another level. They have handles and grips, and are very well made. The number of exercises you can do with the sandbags is virtually endless. A must have for home gyms and those who want to take their functional strength and fitness to the next level!
I use them with teams I work with and clients at all levels, and keep a small, medium, and large bag in my home gym. If you watch the various vids on the site here, you will see I use these bags for a large variety of training.

Im very interested in the Ultimate Sandbags. Where can I buy one? Thank you
Danny, just click the link at the bottom of the page below vids “More info on sandbags, click HERE!”
Thanks for the tip Will, never thought of that one in 52 years.
Best bang for the buck around Joe!
Thanks Will. I have come to believe that first hand. Resistance training has got me down to around 7%. I’m trying for 6.1% by the end of the first week of September. I am using your information and routines from your e book. Love it!!!!! I’m 49.5 years old and I’ve never had these kind of results. Wish I had the info as a college athlete, but I’m reaping the benefits now. I’ve directed several people to your website.
BTW how old is Janet?
Thanks,
Chris
Glad my ebook and routines are helping. Good luck with reaching your BF% goals. Not sure I’m allowed to put her age out, so add 10 years to what ever age you think is, and you’ll be close 🙂
Awesome videos Will. I didn’t know they made sand bags for weight training so
I made my own! I just duct taped a bunch of “tube sand” bags together – about 75 lbs. They are particularly good for mma style workouts
Looks like great exercises with sand bags. And they are relatively cheap and yet very affective. It like on the farm handling bags of corn, but not loading, only using other ways as with weights. Good for whole body workouts. Interesting!
A must have for a home gym in my view.
Hey Will, my feelings exactly on the sand bags. In my opinion the sandbag is the ultimate “compound exerciser”, and for overall anaerobic stimulation? Can’t be beat. I made my own with tube-sand and duct tape, thanks for the source for some good ones.

First sandbags I made were 50lb bags of sand from Home Depot and put into a pillow case with a zip tie. Those worked OK, but nothing like the sand bags featured in the vids above I can tell you.
