Is there any way to get this report without an e-reader? I’m still a luddite with a laptop computer…

You don’t need a dedicated e-reader like a kindle, etc. You’ll find free apps at either place to read epub docs on any platform: phone, comp. tablets, etc.
So, download the appropriate free app for what you want to read it on, and you can open e-pub docs. 🙂

If you want an e-book reader for a PC or Laptop then download “Calibre”
It’s a complete e-book management program and of course you can read pdf’s, mobi format (Kindle) or epub’s (Ipad) on it. It does everything and is FREE. So go get that and you can read any format right there on your laptop !!

Nice report. I have to admit that I’ve never had a problem with being overweight, but part of that is because I’ve always had an interest in food science, nutrition, and exercise. I wonder if any research has been done regarding people keeping the weight off and learning healthy cooking. Healthy food doesn’t have to be tasteless and boring but I suspect people often get bored with the few healthy foods they know how to prepare and slide back to their old ways of eating.

There is some research on the people that have kept it off, with some of their habits and mental approach mentioned in the report. There’s a large data base also of people who have lost wight and kept it off and it tracks what approaches they used to keep it off.

Thank you for this post guys. It seems to be the “keeping it off” part that we all have trouble with– Or I have in the past anyway.
The thing I’ve found that works in keeping the weight off, is simply changing the way I do day to day things. I walk more, I take the stairs rather than the elevator, I park further away from the store, and at work now I use a standing desk rather than sitting.
This, really, has been the biggest change. I feel more energetic, my posture has improved, and I have lost weight. I recommend making this change to anyone!
The one I use is called a NextDesk Terra.
Let me know what you think!

The book is not formatted correctly for the Kindle Fire. Looks OK on the Kindle Paper White. Just an FYI

    Good Morning Will….
I am in the process of “reclaiming my health” (which involves significant weight loss). I need to review the basics of weight lifting that will aid in this purpose. What book(s) would you suggest? I am interested in “re-remembering” how to work various groups of muscles out in what order etc
Are there youtube videos available for proper technique that you would also recommend?
Thanks in advance for your time…
    God Bless…
