Hi Will, i want to thank you for your work. my question is about the kind of protein in whey. I’ve heard people say that it is also necessary to have a supply of branched chain amino acids. So they run along to the supplement store and spend their money. Well, the first question that springs to mind when someone suggests that i do the same is do they know that proteins are made of amino acids. Anyway my whey protein has over 5 g of valine leucine and isoleucine in it already. Is that amount sufficient for the the 22 g of protein in the scoop. would it matter significantly if i went and got more.
