Great video! Hopefully this will help dispel the myth to many women that lifting “heavy” will make you big, bulky and mannish and will give up the puny pink dumbbells! Stephanie is beautiful!

Man, i wish i had a sled in my gym 🙁
What should you do for legs if your gym doesn’t offer the sled?
What ever you want I suppose: squats of all kinds, lunges, etc, etc. There’s a lot of choices for lower body exercises. Or, but your own sled, take it to the nearest partk, and start dragging. That’s what I do soon as weather allows 🙂
