Stephanie is an NPC Figure Competitor. We did this yesterday at Golds near me. She was trooper and pushed hard through any challenges! No “toning and firming” silliness here!

Note: It’s hard to judge depth from where I was standing, but on seeing the vid, she have could have gone deeper. I thought at the time she was hitting right at parallel which is fine when working with 3-6 1RMs, but she was above it on the back squat.

Great video! Hopefully this will help dispel the myth to many women that lifting “heavy” will make you big, bulky and mannish and will give up the puny pink dumbbells! Stephanie is beautiful!

Good exercises. They are different and seem to be more useful than others.
In any case, very good video showing an outstanding Stephanies performance. She is lovely!!!

Great vid, i’m also a believer that women should workout like men, at least mine does.. with great results.
Man, i wish i had a sled in my gym 🙁

What should you do for legs if your gym doesn’t offer the sled?

What ever you want I suppose: squats of all kinds, lunges, etc, etc. There’s a lot of choices for lower body exercises. Or, but your own sled, take it to the nearest partk, and start dragging. That’s what I do soon as weather allows 🙂

Who me?! Just showing the world how training with real weight and real intensity is where it’s at for men AND women looking to benefit from their workouts.
