Yes, I like to make some silly vids once in a while in addition to my more serious vids/topics. Life is too short to be serious all the time in my view…however, the topic of the vid is important. Relaxation, stress reduction is an essential component to our health and well being, and our over all success.

    Yep! You’re right; sometimes you just have to stop and smell the roses… More importantly (as you know) is the need to ‘avoid’ exposures to negative stresses in the first place.

    Loved it – its so important to relax otherwise we just end up in a tight ball.
    Especially in todays world we dont know how to relax ……

    Good topic, quite sometimes forgotten..
    I use stretching to relax the physical part, and a good nap everyday to relax the neuroligical one 🙂
