I am so glad that science is now telling us that fat (the right ones) are good for us and low fat diets are a seriously bad choice. Thanks for giving some actual figures and percentages about optimum fat intake, real, workable knowledge. Awesome!
I was on the low fat bandwagon until I got BBR. I raised my fat intake to your recommended 30% and used the 1/3 breakdown. It has made a big difference as I have gotten older. Hopefully your vid will help people understand that good fats are not "evil", but necessary.
