Hey, first off a big welcome to the all new Brinkzone, the zero hype, zero bull home of fitness on the web, yeah it’s a big tag line but it pretty much holds true.
This page is about giving you a few pointers on how to get the best out of the site and t’is worth the 2 minutes it takes to read it, honestly, you’ll see 🙂
Step 1: Get signed up, you can see the sign up at the top of the page in the middle, doing that will mean that once a week I’ll send you an update of what’s new on the site , I’ll also send you about 6 quality e-reports on topics ranging from supplements to fat loss, to exercise, to mental programming and more, I also send out additional freebies as I get them, it’s worth getting subscribed to and its’ free.
Step 2: If you don’t already have one get a Gravatar at Gravatar.com, these are pretty cool and means you can choose a little image, headshot or whatever you want to appear next to any post you make on my blog, it just looks cool and gives your comments a little personality and they stand out. Just one thing, keep it clean (ish) no porn thanks.
One cool thing about Gravatars is that they are recognized on literally thousands of blogs and websites across the web, so once you have one, you’re set!
What happens is you tie your image to an e-mail address and whenever you enter your e-mail address in the blog comment box it will show your Gravatar there, it’s pretty cool.
Step 3. Keep in contact, follow me on Twitter and Facebook , I’m on Facebook every day, it’s cool to keep in touch and I always enjoy talking to my customers and readers on social networking sites.I’ve put some simple facebook and twitter buttons at the top of this site on the right, you can click on them and it will take you to my pages where you can join me.
Step 4. Get involved on the site, leave me a comment, on every single article posted on the site whether it’s by me or another author you can leave comments at the end of the article, if you have a question about it or just want to say you enjoyed it or hated it or whatever, doesnt’ matter, just get involved and leave me your comments, get involved and I’ll always respond .
Step 5 Help me out, ok this one won’t help you much but I do appreciate it. If you have a Facebook page or Twitter, or Stumbleupon or Technorati page etc, you’ll see the relevent symbols at the bottom of each article on the site, please do share my content on to those sites, the more it’s shared the more people end up at the site, the more people who come to the site the more content I can justify creating.
Step 6, Make your first post here, scroll to the bottom of this article and leave me some comments, let me know what you think of the site, what I could improve on , or just simply introduce yourself

I enjoy your site, your writings but I’m a physician with granulomatous hepatitis, cirrhosis, chronic liver failure and looking at a transplant within a year or two. So I do the best I can with light weights, resistance band work and walking. You seem, to me, to know what you are talking about and I enjoy your writings but haven’t purchased much from you and felt I should comment after another offer. If only I could….!

Your Site is awesome. I love reading all the info that finally makes sense. I am 43 and have an auto-immune disorder that is now attacking my thyroid. I’ve never been really overweight, but the belly bulge is getting bigger and I’ve gained about 20 lbs. Second thing that I have to be careful of in trying to get rid of this extra weight is that I already have serious osteoporosis, so your diet plan makes much more sense because I can’t afford to lose any muscle mass and your program is about losing just fat. Although if anyone could ever show me how to get rid of this belly bulge, it would be a miracle.
I’m not super computer literate so I don’t know how to do alot of chatting on the blog. I feel I would need alot of extra help and support. Am I asking too much. I am purchasing the program in hope that it will work for me, but if not I’m an info junkie.

I am oblige to take hormone underwise I get depress, if I take a supplement of DHEA will I be able to stop my hormone as I put a lot of weight with this hormone, actually it is a gel that I put on both my arms, I use to weight 120 pounds and since i take hormone I weight 145 pounds to 150, I had never been so fat in my whole life, by the way I am 75 years of age and I don't like to see myself like that.. I would like to have your comments

Hi, I am Patricia Harding. One can spend all day looking at all the emails, literature, helpful suggestions, feebies, etc. that are posted each day. I would love to be able to do that, but there is not enough time in one day to do everything one would like to do. I read many of your articles and enjoy them, but there is too much, too often for me. I try to read all the e-books and so get through a lot of them. I do not want to be emailed when someone responds because that just gives me more and more emails to read and delete.

Emailed when people respond to the forum? Other? If you don't want to ge an email when people respond, then you have to change your preferences or remove your account. Your choices for that are right here under "subscribe to" and you hit the "none" option which removes responses from this blog/site/

I hope all are well…. I am contacting you because a friend suggested that I try Burn fat feed the muscle. But, after contacting them the recommended that I contact you because I want to body build and have about 25-20 pounds I think I need to lose to strip all the fat off before adding muscle. I am 5'0 and weigh 145 I really need help to get my body in good condition. I've tried everything and went from 200 pounds down to 145 and still have back fat and just a little extra fat that I can not get rid of. What do you suggest for me?
