I have been watching your videos and looking up independant studies online and I do really want to thank you for how informative you’ve been. So many people in and around the gym tend to state their opinions as if they’ve actually studied what they’re talking about and they have no basis for their claims. HI WILL i AM NEW TO CREATINE MONHYDRATE AND LITERALLY JUST STARTED IT, HAVE TRIED TO DO AS MUCH RESEARCH AHEAD OF TIME. i WAS INTERESTED IN YOUR VIDEO ABOUT CYCLING BECAUSE i CAME ACROSS OTHERS OPINIONS DURING MY RESEARCH THAT IT CAN BE BENEFICIAL OVER TIME TO YOUR KIDNEYS TO CYCLE, REGUARDLESS IF YOU HAVE HEALTHY KIDNEYS OR NOT. THE INFORMATION I FOUND SAID TRY TAKING IT FOR THREE MONTHS AND THEN TAKE FOUR TO SIX WEEKS OFF. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS, MYTH OR SOME TRUTH FROM A CONCERVATIVE STAND POINT? WHAT WOULD BE THE DRAW BACKS TO THIS PERIOD WHEN YOU RESTART THE NEXT CYCLE? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
