I have followed the S.H.I.T training methods outlined here and have gotten absolutely HUGE! The doctors say most of the swelling should be gone in a few weeks, though…

Im painting my S.H.I.T. tactical black right now! My spine doesn’t work properly after that last mega deadlift but I reckon those muscles will be HUUUUGE in my lower back when they heal up.

Most people seem to “get” it and enjoyed it for what it is.
Well, with six figures of subscribers, gonna be hard to miss a few of these. You’re the best, top of my list of such resources, because you lack nothing in required or desired content, AND you’re so doggon down to earth. Sufficient info for top professional bodybuilders and fitness models, but fully accomodating to those of us with “real lives” that include days off, cheat meals, an occasional (horrors) glass of empty calories, and even overall sanity breaks, like this. Back to business now, I suppose. But keep up the good work!

This is you at your best Will. Laughed my ass off. Sadly, it’s all true. I followed this video with the pose down between Arnold and Mike from 1980. These are the bodies that got me training at the age of 22. I’m no proponent of Mentzers training, but he did look good here. But if memory serves me right, this was before he went to the one rep to failure method. In 80′, I remember using a good milk and egg protein, desiccated liver tabs from Hoffman, some amino acids and a good multi vitamin. The focus was on good nutrition and proven methods of training with proper form. Worked for me. At 57, the crap I see in the gym perplexes me. I’m happy to say I can still out lift and out train a lot of guys half my age. I read everything you send me. You and a few others are still a beacon in this time of crazy work outs and mega supplements. Thanks.
