Can creatine supplements reduce the calories used or slow metabolism? Some people think it does. That’s a recent question I received so I decided to answer it in this latest video.

Good vid – what about new study that for weight loss 2 meals day is better then 5-6?
What “new study” is that, Mike? Weight loss has to do with total calories, not meal frequency.
I’d need more details on that to comment Mike. I do have a vid on meal frequency here and on the YT page BTW
Hi Will, Enjoy your videos very much and find them very informative especially the last one about creatine. However I have another question regarding creatine. Does Creatine have a shelf life? If so what do you concider is a safe period. The reason I ask is because I have full container that has been siiting in cupboard for two years and I was going to give it to son who is now working out very hard but was wondering if it was safe to use.
Creatine has a long shelf life as long as it’s kept dry. But, it’s cheap as dirt so if you have any doubts, throw it out and get fresh stuff.
What is a good brand.

We have plenty of women on the program, and there’s no special way women should train that’s different from men.
